If your doctor is injecting you with what he or she refers to as HSL-ReleaseTM ,or HSL-LipoRelease, or Forskolin (the base compound) for the removal of fat and are not listed below, contact either Dr. Ashworth or Pharmacy Creations immediately. This is mentioned because there are a few unscrupulous doctors using this compound in ways that are unapproved by the creators of the compound. This can lead to sub-optimal results and adverse reactions.
