| For Physicians & Trainers: How It All Works In The Body:This formula is to be used by medical professionals only & preferrably in concert with a certified personal trainer. Injecting HSL-ReleaseTM requires specific medical training. Pharmacy Creations supplies the compound, but the amount to be used should only come from Dr. Ashworth.
(Inject 0.2-0.4cc @ each point. 0.2cc at edges of fatty tissue ridge and increase dose injected as the apex of fatty tissue area is reached.) The amount of HSL-ReleaseTM required to increase the release of hormone sensitive lipase in fat cells at the 100 mcg/ml concentration is an amount that Dr. Ashworth will be glad to share with each physician that contacts him. Dr. Ashworth has a protocol manual that outlines every step, every medical instrument, and all supplies required (including a live demonstration DVD) required to successfully perform the injections. We now have developed a stronger concentration of the HSL-ReleaseTM, meaning less will be required per syringe to get the job done!
To keep blood levels of the Forskolin high in the area of interest we suggest using the HSL-ReleaseTM cream. The idea is to wait 24 hours after the injections, then have the patient apply a small amount of this cream to the area daily, and then exercise that area after application. HSL-ReleaseTM is described below.HSL-Release™ Injection:This is a trademarked, and patent pending form of Forskolin that is now available as an injectable compound formulated by Dr. Ashworth, in association with Pharmacy Creations, a compounding pharmacy in New Jersey. This compound is now the gold standard for the release of fat from fat cells, and the most important ingredient in terms of efficacy to date, when combined with focused exercises. The compound is a root extract from India known for many years to increase the phosphorylation and activation of hormone sensitive lipase (HSL) inside of fat cells. Studies have shown that it is the increased concentration of HSL in the cytoplasm that leads to maximally stimulated release of fat. This fat breakdown results in the conversion of triglycerides (the storage form of fat) to form 3 moles of free fatty acids and 1 mole of glycerol per mole of triglycerides. The rate limiting enzyme in this process of triglycerides being converted to fat is HSL. HSL-ReleaseTM is key in the stimulation and activation of HSL, with maximal stimulation occurring during exercise in the areas injected. Levels of cAMP (the gasoline for cells) are also elevated secondary to the injectionof HSL-ReleaseTM which help to liberate the fat from the fat cells. A small amount of vasodilation (or opening of the blood vessels) has also been observed in the vessels around the fat cells. This vasodilation has not resulted in any drop in blood pressure or adverse reactions at the doses used. To the contrary, it actually improves blood supply to a previously stagnant area of circulation. HSL-ReleaseTM in the form of a cream works in the same way, having a liposomal delivery system which enables the cream to penetrate all of the overlying layers of skin.A NOTE ON USAGE:This potent botanical used as intended will not result in the intense burning and swelling seen with current protocols that use phosphatidylcholine. It’s also important to understand that these injections are intended to be used on the patient that has trouble areas of fat deposition. These are not for the obese or overweight patient that would do much better starting a weight loss program, losing the weight, and then injecting the areas that did not respond. The obese or overweight patient will in general require too much medication to cover the areas of concern if weight loss is not pursued first. In general 2-3 10 ml syringes per a relatively large area like the abdomen are all that should be required to fulfill a session.
